Le service à réaliser correspond à la prestation, objet du présent document, s’inscrit dans le cadre d’études
de Northern Enduranance Partnership.
L’ENTREPRENEUR recherche un HSE Coordinator / Officer pour la réalisation de prestation comme décrit dans la
présente spécification.
PROFIL
Le profil requis est un(e) cadre de bureau d’études ayant les capacités et les compétences suivantes :
SERVICES A REALISER
Le service sera à faire en autonomie, sous la responsabilité du responsable sur un projet et en interface avec
les autres disciplines.
Les services à réaliser sont mentionnés ci-dessous (liste non exhaustive) :
✓ Act as Saipem HSE site rep, monitoring Subcontractor activities to check compliance to Contract and legal
requirements responding to HSE scope lead
✓ Participate / lead site HSE inspections and audits and monitor remedial actions follow-up
✓ Participate in site incident investigations and review site HSE reporting
✓ Support the cascading of HSE campaigns and lesson learnt to subcontractor
✓ Proficiency with written and email communication including use of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
✓ Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to work effectively with Subcontractor site leadership and supervisors and act as site Saipem HSE rep.
✓ Good verbal and written communication skills which include the ability to speak, write and listen in a manner that clarifies issues, promotes closure and delivers information in a clear and concise manner and facilitates good decision-making is required.
COMPETENCES EXIGEES
Pour la réalisation de la présente prestation, le SOUS-TRAITANT devra proposer un candidat ayant les compétences
suivantes dans le domaine Oil &Gas :
✓ Fluent in English and French (oral and writing)
✓ Good knowledge about IOGP 577
✓ Familiarity with national and international regulations for yard fabrication activities, lifting operations and port activities
